Preparation of Ice Cream Slurry:
1. First, add 3 kg (3000ml) of water into a clean container, slowly pour 1 kg of ice cream powder into it, and stir continuously until all of it is poured in and stirred evenly.
2. Stir the stirred solution for more than 15 minutes to make it fully homogenized and become bound water.
3. The homogenized slurry can be directly added to the machine to make ice cream, and can also be refrigerated at 1-7 degrees Celsius.
4. This machine must use two cylinders to make cakes at the same time. Please prepare two sizes of the same or different flavors. 500g ice cream powder is the lowest dosage for each cake making, that is, the lowest dosage of each size is 2000 g (2000 ml). According to the actual dosage, more slurries can be prepared according to the same proportion and operation method.
Production of Ice Cream
1. Make sure that the residual water in the storage cylinder has been wiped and the cleaning water in the refrigerated cylinder has been drained.
2. Adjust the hardness value, recommend 2 or 3. There is no accurate relationship between hardness value and product temperature, and the hardness value is based on subjective feeling.
3. Install the expansion tube in place and insert one end of the hole downward into the feed hole at the bottom of the storage cylinder. The prepared ice cream slurry is poured into the storage tank, and the slurry will flow into the freezing tank through a small hole under the expansion tube.
4. Observe the outlet. When there is slurry flowing out in the open state (i.e. slurry in the freezer), immediately open the machine and enter the cakes-making state. That is to say, press the automatic or manual key to start cakes making. At this time, the stirring motor should start immediately. After 5 seconds, the compressor should start. The blue indicator light of the display panel is on, and the hot air is discharged from the outlet of the lower left side of the machine.
5. When the ice cream meets the set hardness value, the compressor will stop running automatically. After about 5 seconds, the mixing motor will stop running automatically. At this time, the handle of the discharging valve can be pulled to produce the ice cream that meets the requirements and tastes delicious.
6. After automatic stopping for about 10 minutes, the stirring motor and compressor can start automatically and start the next refrigeration cycle. If you want to start ahead of time, you can press manual and start the refrigeration cycle immediately. Normally, machine-made cakes show that ice cream is about to be formed at 4.00 or above, or it will be too soft.
Opening and stopping of ice cream machine
Firstly, turn on the power supply of the ice cream machine, then turn on the power switch of the machine, then press the cleaning key or the automatic and manual cakes making key to carry out various operations; when the machine stops, it must press the stop key first, so that the machine stops normally, then turn off the power switch of the machine and cut off the power supply. Note: The incorrect method of starting and stopping is extremely easy to damage the machine.
Cleaning of Storage Cylinder and Refrigeration Cylinder of Ice Cream Machine
This operation is a necessary step before the machine makes cakes every time. The purpose of cleaning is not only to clean the solid dirt and insects in the cylinder, but also to dilute and eliminate the residual disinfectant.
When cleaning, inject about 5 litres of clean water into two storage cylinders, pull out the expansion tube, make clear water enter into the freezer quickly, press the cleaning key, then mix the motor to run, drive the mixing shaft to rotate, and the mixing shaft to drive the water in the freezer to wash the inside of the cylinder, run for 3-5 minutes, open the discharge valve, and drain the cleaning water clean. Then close the discharge valve and press the stop key. Repeat the steps 2-3 times and clean the storage tank with proper brush and towel. Finally, drain the clear water from the cylinder and dry it. If there is still residual water, make ice cream, break the gears of the reducer lightly, and burn the motor heavily.
It is strictly forbidden to clean the machine with hot water above 40 C. Hot water cleaning will cause damage to parts of the machine and premature failure of seals.
