Storage and Use of Ice Cream Leftovers
At the end of cake making, the leftovers in the storage tank and freezing tank should be exhausted as far as possible. The leftovers can be placed for a period of time after stopping working, and the discharging can begin only after the temperature in the cylinder rises and melts. Residues are stored in clean containers, and can be used next time in an environment of 1-7 degrees Celsius. Next time it is used, take out the leftovers, place them at room temperature for a period of time, and stir them evenly. Then mix with the prepared new material in a ratio of at least 1:1 (that is, the amount of leftovers can not exceed the new material) and pour into the machine to make cakes.
Tips: When stopping making cakes, pull out the expansion tube in the storage tank and let all the slurry flow into the freezer. Open the discharge valve and release all the leftovers. When not expected, close the discharging valve, and then shut down. Wash the storage tank with a wet towel and discharged the melted residue from the freezer the next day. After cleaning according to the procedure, the cake can be made.
